Designed for small businesses up to 5 users, our team will implement a cost effective support solution that ensures you and your staff have access to a high level of IT support without the need to engage 3rd parties that are unfamiliar with your business and have a high Adhoc call cost. This plan can be designed around your budget and with a predetermined number of support hours to suit your needs.

Designed for businesses with 5-20 users the intermediate plan bridges the gap between employing your own in house desktop support staff or relying on best effort services from a 3rd party IT companies. We provide you and your staff with the experience of having your own IT helpdesk and prioritise your service requests that are measured against service level expectations. Desktop support is provided during normal business hours as part of your plan and access to after hours support is also available.
